You may want to ask them to write to the Scottish Government about care in your local area, invite them to a local event, or even ask if they will meet you to discuss your concerns.
Meeting with your MSP can be a great way to highlight personal stories, gain their support on local issues, and ask them to commit to supporting the cause you care about. Try not to be nervous about the prospect of meeting with them - MSPs are elected to represent and meet with the people living in their constituency - it's their job to help you out! They don’t expect you to be an expert - all they want to hear is your passion and how they may be able to help.
